StreamTiler respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the process below, which is modelled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applied to our worldwide service. Streaming content you do not have the rights to also breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe content streamed through StreamTiler infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes all of the following:
Send copyright notices to our designated contact:
| By email | support@streamtiler.com (subject line: "Copyright Notice") |
| Operated by | Ali Akbar |
| Jurisdiction | Pakistan |
When we receive a notice that complies with section 2, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material in question where it is within our control, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify the user who streamed it. Because StreamTiler relays live content to third-party platforms, some content may also need to be addressed directly with the destination platform under its own copyright process.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and email, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. On receiving a valid counter-notice we may restore the material unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages. Please be sure of your rights before submitting a notice.
For questions about this policy, contact Ali Akbar at support@streamtiler.com or via our Contact page.
