These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Ali Akbar, the operator of StreamTiler (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to use the Service. By using StreamTiler you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
StreamTiler is a multistreaming platform that lets you send a single video signal to multiple destinations at once, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and custom RTMP endpoints. We offer both cloud-based streaming (running on our servers) and local streaming (running through our desktop agent on your own computer). Features, limits, and availability depend on your plan and may change over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and personal stream (ingest) keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or stream keys with people who are not authorised to use them. Notify us immediately at support@streamtiler.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
StreamTiler uses a prepaid wallet. You top up Coins (100 Coins = US$1) using a payment method offered for your country and spend them on plans. Each plan is a 30-day pass at the price shown when you buy it; plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without you starting a payment. Prices, plan limits and features may change from time to time; changes never affect a pass you have already bought. Where a payment method adds a fee or tax, it is shown before you pay.
Manual payments. Some methods (for example bank transfer or EasyPaisa) are checked by us before Coins are added. Submitting false or altered payment proof, or reversing a payment after Coins were credited, is a breach of these Terms: we may remove the Coins, cancel plans bought with them, and suspend the account.
Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, and can't be withdrawn. Only referral earnings (below) can be withdrawn.
Referral earnings. When someone signs up with your invite link and buys a paid plan, you may earn a commission in withdrawable earnings. Commission is never more than the amount the referred person actually paid. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and any attempt to generate commission without a genuine purchase are not allowed; earnings from them may be removed. You can convert earnings to Coins (one-way) or request a withdrawal (minimum US$50) to a supported crypto wallet, bank account, EasyPaisa or JazzCash account. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually; we may ask for information to verify a request.
Account protection. Our systems check wallet activity automatically. If Coins or earnings appear that don't match a real payment, referral or admin action, the account may be temporarily locked while we review it.
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 7-day satisfaction window on your first paid plan. Please read it before buying.
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you must not use StreamTiler to broadcast illegal content, content you do not have the rights to, or material that infringes others' rights or violates the rules of the destination platforms. We may remove content or suspend streams that breach that policy.
You retain ownership of the video, audio, and other content you stream or upload through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and relay Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to ingest your feed and fan it out to the destinations you choose). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licences, and consents to stream it to each destination.
The Service connects to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability, APIs, and requirements are outside our control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, or policy decisions of any third-party platform, including if a platform restricts, removes, or terminates your stream or account there.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (but excluding Your Content), is owned by Ali Akbar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content streamed through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the process in our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We may remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that streams will always connect, stay live, or reach every destination. Streaming depends on your equipment, network, and third-party platforms, which we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Akbar and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or streaming opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ali Akbar from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or our policies, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licences you granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us at support@streamtiler.com or via our Contact page.
