StreamTiler is a multistreaming service operated by Ali Akbar ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions or want to exercise your rights, contact us at support@streamtiler.com.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
We use your personal data to: create and manage your account; provide the multistreaming service and route your feed to the destinations you choose; process subscriptions, payments, and renewals; provide customer support; send service-related messages (such as account, security, and billing notices); maintain the security and integrity of the Service; comply with legal obligations; and improve and develop our features.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse), consent (for optional cookies or communications where required, which you can withdraw), and legal obligation (for example, to keep records for tax purposes).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Service, including with:
If you connect a Facebook or other platform account, we access only the permissions you grant (for example, the ability to publish a live video to a Page you manage). We use those tokens solely to provide the streaming feature you requested. You can disconnect a platform at any time from your dashboard or by revoking access in that platform's own settings, which stops our further use of that connection.
StreamTiler serves users worldwide, and our service providers may be located in different countries, including Pakistan and others. This means your personal data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than where you live. Where required, we take appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Some things are deleted automatically on a fixed schedule: payment screenshots you upload for a manual top-up are deleted 180 days after the top-up is approved or rejected (the amount and transaction ID stay in your billing history), and used or expired password-reset and email-verification links are deleted after 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to erasure"); restrict or object to certain processing; port your data to another service; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@streamtiler.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
StreamTiler uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember essential preferences. These are required for the Service to function. We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and improve the Service. These optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encryption of traffic over HTTPS, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in their country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Please review this page periodically.
For any privacy question or request, contact Ali Akbar at support@streamtiler.com or through our Contact page.
